About
Frequency 13 first appeared as a simple song on SF's "Take It Baby" album before being adopted
as the name for the collaboration between R. Decline and Flux in 199X.
They then once again recycled the name for their micro-broadcasting station
that played every night from midnight until 6am for four years.
As a band frequency 13 took the opposite approach of SF and stayed away from the web. This was in
part due to the generaly slow connections at the time and decline's dislike for the mp3 format.
Frequency 13 now serves as a central hub for Failure To Thrive and Cooler Than You Studios
for display of their various projects throughout the years. Keep in mind Frequency 13 alone
has over a decade of material which is an undertaking in itself or organize and post. Combine that
with all the other projects and this site quickly becomes an overly ambitious effort. We will do our best
though.
Frequency 13 is also, under certain circumstances, doesn't mind hosting on a sub domain for bands or music projects that might need
this. So we are always worth checking with about this.

Copywrite is never something we have been worried about but at least attempt to check
with us before using something. The larger you are though the less likely we will grant
usage permission. Frequency 13 regularly gives away and can provide high quality copies
of their work for use in small projects such as films or video games and sometimes requests
that credit be given in such work. Just write to us, we can work something out.
